She has a headache because she is probably extremely dehydrated!
Make sure she stays hydrated...vomitting that much is very serious and she could be VERY dehydrated. Best thing to do it have her drink a few sips every 10 minutes or so, to keep it down, rather than guzzle it.
Eat just crackers, boiled white rice if she can hold it down. It's more important she stay hydrated. Avoid sugary stuff like juice it will only make it worse. Some flus last 2-3 days like that and they can be quite serious. She may even need an IV for hydration for a couple of hours or even overnight (she may need to be hospitalized) so she needn't have to drink or eat and this would be best so she doesn't have to eat and it will give her a chance to get her stomach to settle. I've been in hospital many times with my kids over bad stomach flus!!!!
It could actually be food poisoning or a bad bacterial bug but they have no way of knowing so they just call it the flu regardless.
Hormones shouldn't get you THAT sick (if it's PMS or whatever) but unless its some rare disorder that would affect her like that...I am sure it's probably a bug or something she ate/drank.
I once knew a bunch of people who drank punch at a halloween party that the host has put DRY ICE in....I couldn't believe they would drink it!! I said STOP, you're going to get sick...that's a chemical...they drank it anyhow and were sicker than dogs the next day!! You never know with kids what they get into without knowing.
Good luck.

she either took (or was given) some pretty nasty stuff. But this shouldn't cause the symptoms for 2 days unless really, really bad stuff. Which would be a good reason to take her to see a doctor.
or she has some serious gastro-intestinal problem, serious enough to massively bother the solid body of a 14 year-old. Another reason to rapidly take here to see a doctor.
or she is pregnant. For this you can have her do a test, the type you can buy at the local supermarket. And if she is pregnant, she'll have to go see a doctor.
So, the doctor it is!

Ginger tea and de-carbonated, room temperature coke (just leave it out without a top on it) are suppose to help. Have her drink sports drinks too to help her electrolyte counts. I was nauseous and vomiting for 7 months last year (due to pregnancy), but I imagine the same methods would probably work for any kind of nausea. Don't do carbonated drinks!!! They only make it worse. The sprite and 7-up thing is an old wives tale.

Do you suspect she may be pregnant? If so, do not give her any medication. If she intends to keep the baby, just go directly to the doctors office. If she doesn't want it, then she can purchase over the counter "morning after pills" to abort.
If she is NOT pregnant, then have her take any anti-nausea medication... like Bonine or Nauzene... found at any local drug store, grocery store, Wal-mart, Target, Kmart, etc.

Why don't you just take her to the DOCTORS?! She may have any number of things wrong with her from food poisoning to pregnancy to meningitis, but you aren't going to get a satisfactory answer from bored strangers on Yahoo Answers! Get off the computer and take her to a professional for examination NOW!

Try the B R A T diet. Bananas, rice, applesause and toast. But you should really take her to the doctor. I could be just a stomach flu but if its not you need to know that.

She needs to sip water, not big drinks - keep fluids up else she'll get dehydrated.. Toast with nothing on. Definately, not bananas as suggested as they are high in potassium and very hard to digest. If she can't eat the toast, just give her plenty of sips of water.
