I got bite by fire ants what can i take to make the swollen go down? It really hurts and it hurts more when i walk on my foot. Please help

I dropped a heavy board on my toe nail, proximal to the nail is a whiter area that is deeper than the nail is. Is this the matrix - where the nail is formed? Do I need to see a specialist before it totally comes off?? It bled quite a bit when it first happened.

I had mexican food last night and was fine up until the early morning around 6 AM. The I had severe stomach pains, vomitting and diarrhea. It would all come and go every 20 or 30 minutes for about 2 hours.
Now I have a little bit of diarrhea every hour or so. The most recent was a few minutes ago and I noticed a green mucus. What does this mean? I didn't think it was really anything, it would just be some of the green peppers I ate and they weren't completely digested.
Tell me what you think, and what should I be eating or drinking so I am not dehydrated, but still won't upset my stomach again?

Why do so many people refuse to take care of themselves? The CDC says overweightness and obesity in America is now a pandemic. And though smoking is on the decline, alcohol abuse and drug abuse is rising. I don't understand. Wheather you are religious or not, you have to know that you only have one shot at life on this planet, so why do so many abuse their health and bodies? Even with scientific evidence and proof without a doubt, people still eat too much, smoke too much, drink too much and abuse drugs. Every one of which is a CHOICE. Why do people CHOOSE to destroy their health, bodies and minds?
