Yes, you should brush your teeth. Some people even brush their tongue to take off any coating. This is not necessary. To keep a clean mouth nature will do it. Don't use mouthwash...it kills all the germs both good and bad.

Go a week or so without using mouthwash and watch your tongue and mouth get nice and pink again.

The immunity to germs would not just depend on not "washing" the teeth, but you would also have to be living on some sort of a diet (no alcohol, no sugar, about no meat products, lots of vegetables and so on...)

If you could do that...go ahead, if you cant -
well then better wash your teeth or they will just be rotting away and cause severe infections

The immunity you expect to various pathogens is non-existent. As the human mouth is a literal cess-pool of bacteria and no one has ever proven by having a dirty mouth prevented illness. In medical practice, a bite from a human or a knuckle injury from striking a person in the mouth are serious injuries. Our immune system deals with most pathogens. Stabilizing the pH of the mouth does very little good...as the normal body would alter it to the same level as the pH of the blood and saliva in a short time. I wonder at your source of such arcane ideas.

you won't develop immunity to germs, you will increase your risk for oral and systemic infections, not the least of which is vegetation growing on the valves of your heart. Brushing teeth cleans off the plaque/bacteria, stimulates your gums, use alcohol mouth wash to kill germs, and floss to keep in between your teeth clean. "washing your teeth" has little to do with the body's pH, maybe it would change the ph in your mouth. and the PH in your mouth is great for germs to grow no matter what it is. and what cute girls will want to kiss a toothless man with stinky breath? (drunk ones who smoke and don't brush their teeth either maybe)

Brush your teeth for the love of God. You're already immune to countless germs that get into the mouth...and if you don't clean your teeth, you'll get a gum disease, which I've heard can be fatal :|. So brush your teeth man...lol

Also, if you brush your teeth, you prevent gum disease. Gum disease can lead to heart valve problems later on. (This can be fatal.)

If your immune system is always fighting your gum disease, the constant state of irritation can cause it to accidentally start attacking your heart valves.

Short answer, brush your teeth at least 1-2 times per day. You'll be better looking, too.

Seriously? Ew. Brush your teeth, man. You won't build an immunity by getting gum-disease.

Brush your teeth please. Make sure you get under the gumline and floss also. Food particles can get trapped between teeth and under the gumline, making it an ideal breeding ground for bacteria. Not brushing them won't give you any type of immunity against germs.

man, really, you need to brush your teeth or else you are going to have serious gum disease and are going to have tooth decay and halitosis and plaque build-up and gingivitis and rotted teeth. you really need to brush so that these things won't happen to you.
Everyone gets germs eventually, but, that the way it is. you just have to be careful.
