Tea, Ice Cream, Gargle Salt Water (of course not all together). Go to the doctor!!! you might need to have them taken out. I got mine taken out in 4th grade, and the operation took less than an hour, and they expected for my age to drink only 3 tablespoons of water in an 1hour, I drank 4 glasses and had ice cream and such for dinner. I'm not lying either. Just get it checked out. It could be strep. Since getting my tonsils out, I had strep 2 times, and I'm 23

If your tonsils have white spots (or look very white all over) you probably have strep, and only antibiotics will help. Other than that, it sounds like the flu. Take some theraflu and liquid tylenol.

i would say that you have strep throat....... go to the doctor, strep is really bad and can hurt your whole body to put you in the hospital.......... plus if you are in a relationship or have children have them checked out also, becaue there is a large chance that they might have it too.....it is very contagious................
or it could be allergies... i thought i had strep a couple of weeks ago, and was feeling the same way, did a strep test it was negative......... seen my doctor and it was allergies

You should try gargling with some warm salt water and then drink a cup of hot tea with honey and lemon juice, i know it sounds gross but i remember my grandma telling me about it.
