hi i am from america and was being prescribed a pain pill "vicodin" and a muscle relaxer soma,they don't have these medicines here and the ones they give me arn't working,i am recovering from a broken back and have severe muscle spasams,i have tried the panedol is there any medicine comparable here to what i was taking... thanks

I slept on a blanket at a house we rented last weekend. The blanket was provided by the house. I woke up on Sunday morning and have two rashes on my side. They actually look like cuts that are almost healed. But they are two rashes, each about three inches long by 1/16 of an inch wide. They are itchy does anyone know what they are. Also, how I can get them to go away and stop itching? Please help and thank you in advance.

i am in my local youth sumo wrestling league i am currently on a 6 week break of no matches or tournaments at all. but in the last 7 weeks i have form several injuries... i have had osgood shlatter disease and tendinitis in my right knee for 8 years but i recentlyhad torn my upper chest/shoulder muscle, sprained my right ankle, bruised my right knee pulled my right shoulder, and since these injuries my right shin and left lower leg have become extremely painful none of these are very serious alone but all added together i am a total wreck now during my time off i have decided that i will do nothing but light rehabilitation exercising for three weeks before i start getting back into a normal exercise pattern... during this time i am planning to eat accordingly to my condition in order to help my body regenerate faster... i need to know what types of foods i should eating... should i be trying to eat proteins? carbohydrates? or what? i am willing to do anything in order to get back in

A classmate of mine gave a speech on the benefits of alcohol. She told a true story about a guy he know who use to drink two cups of wine everynight before he went to bed. The man believed that it helped him when he worked (his work required heavy lifting). His wife told him to stop drinking one day, so he stopped. The next day he was lifting something heavy up the stairs and he had a really hard time lifting and fell down the stairs. His wife felt guily because she told him not to drink, and that caused to have an accident. I would also like to know , does drinking alchocol before bed have any benefits on performance on the job?

He was recently diagnosed with heart disease. He has been smoking since he was a young teenager. He's in his late 50's. He says he's fine unless someone reminds him about it. Any ideas on how I could support him with this. Are nicorette patches any good? If I can't talk to him about it, how can I help/support him in other ways?
