Meth in any form is harmful and addictive to an unborn baby. This physician should be reported. Before you report any one make sure that you have your facts strait. Make sure that your sister in law is not feeding you a story so that she can continue to feed her habit at the expense of her unborn baby. Also in most states drug use during pregnancy is punishable by law as the baby born is addicted to the substance used and it is considered child endangerment and abuse.

Not only is this unethical, it is illegal. If he truly encouraged this he could lose his medical license or at least receive disciplinary action. Make sure your sister in law is telling the truth and warn her that anything she puts into her body that is addictive will cause her baby to be addicted too.

That Doctor should be reported, even if it werent harmful (which it is) he should never encourage the use of illegal drugs for any patient any Doctor with any kind of ethics would know that and any Doctor without the ethics to know that shouldnt be a Doctor.

First they're giving advice to commit a crime. Meth in ANY form is illegal, and posession of it is as well.

Secondly, if caught doing Meth the child can and will be taken away from the mother//father and be a ward of the state.

I don't know, but if I were you I'd be making a call to that hospital to inform them of their Dr.'s illegal recommendations...

i do not understand in case you could evaluate that unethical. He would not sound like he's a really sturdy wellbeing care specialist if he's doing corporation on the aspect. i wager there are some that attempt one of those component, like promote drugs. I had some mutton head set up my washer and dryer. He called me up later and requested me if I loved my contemporary interest, etc. would besides promote Amway.

No, absolutely not! What kind of Doctor is he/she? to be telling you this kind of garbage. Any type of drug taken in any way is harmful to an infant. I would be telling your sister in law to see another doctor! NOW!
