Olive oil comes from olives. Corn oil comes from corn. I never squeezed a baby, so I'm not sure where baby oil comes from. But what about mineral oil, an ingredient in my eyedrops? Where does mineral oil come from? No retarded answers, like "from a mineral, duh" please.

Okay this might sound gross but I really would like some answers
I have an appointment with the doctor but thought id ask here too.

I am aware that urine infections can make going for a pee sore.
When I go to the toilet it isn't sore, but sometimes when I am finished I will feel very uncomforable because not all of the pee has actually come out, if I was to sit for up to a half hour on the toilet every few minutes more and more will come. It is the most uncomfortable feeling. Yet other times I'm totally fine. Has anyone else experienced this or?

I also eat and drink lots and healthy etc
I am not in any sexual relationship either

Please help

My brother and I were playing in the back yard with my dad's compound hunting bow. My brother put an apple on my head and tried to shoot it. I didn't think that he was actually going to shoot at me, so I just stood there like an idiot. Now i've got this stupid arrow sticking out of my back. How do I get it out? Please hurry and answer, as my parent will be home soon. And one more thing, how do you get blood off of a keyboard?

Today is the 3yr anniversary of my brother's SCI and his 21st birthday. He passed away of complications relating to the injury on Jan. 24th of this year. I really want to get involved by becoming an advocate for SCI research and speeding up the research process. Everyone says we're so close but it wasn't close enough my brother. What can I do to get involved? I need to be Paul's voice.

I've suffered with neck pain since repotting smalltrees in June 2004. Most days I'm in severe to moderate pain and have been fobbed off with six week's physio and pain killers which don't work.
Are there alternative therapies that really work? I'm at my wit's end.

The bladder presses up against certain vaginal nerve endings, obviously, when it gets full. Ever since I was young, I'd have a strong urge to masturbate or have sex whenever I needed to pee. Once I urinated, the urge was completely gone instantly.

We were doing cocaine last night, after we finished we were lying in bed, about an hour later I noticed my girlfriends eyes were still open. Now she can barely talk or move, says her body is numb. She can move a little bit, but says she feels pain when I touch her or talk to her. She also mentioned a wierd ringing in her head and that her heart was beating fast. Does anybody know what this could be (no not an overdose)?

How do you get a doc to pay for labs that were done?
My derm ran labs for Accutane then denied me the Rx for no medical reason, but because he didn't want to deal with the goverment regulations with Accutane.
The problem is, with the goverment iplege accutane program you have to get labs the same time every month or you have to start the labs over and cant get the Rx. He informed me he wouldn't give me the Rx less than a week before my next appointment which did not give me enough time to get into another derm to use the labs. So now the labs are worthless to me to get the Rx I need (to prevent recurrent staph).
I have not been able to find much info on this subject, but have sent a letter to my derm office saying I would pay for the visit ($117)but ask them to pay for blood draw and labwork ($129).
If you have ANY insight or suggestions on this please contact me!

i have a mild acne problem and i was ondering if anyone had tips. i usually get really greasy skin after a few hours of washing my face. What soap should i use. what kind of lotion. When i use some medicated products my face dries and it peels. i get small white heads and a whole bunch of tiny almost unnoticeable bumps on my face as acne. Ive tried almost everything under $10, but what else is there. ive also tried proactiv and it works, but i can stand to wait for it to deliver.

I have mild disc bulges at L3-4 and L5-S1, and my doc has advised a lumbar epidural injection. I am getting conflicting info on the web as to what it is exactly, and if this is going to hopefully resolve my issues. I was told I am not at all a candidate for any surgery, and this could very well 'fix' me. I have occasional mild pain into my right leg, it is very sporadic cramping always in my outer thigh. I had a lot of sciatic pain initially (6 mos ago) and a limp, but most of the symptoms have resolved with Phys therapy. curious if anyone has any imput
