because they are! natural is way better for you. proccessed food has certain things done to it as it grows to keep bugs away, etc. and so many chemicals are put onto the fruit or vegteble and so when you eat it, some of those chemicals are poured into your body. yes, natural food is better for you, but it can also be more expensive because growing things the natural way takes a lot of work and care for the plants. i hope i helped you! my mom is an expert with that stuff and she goes to whole foods and natural stores. have a nice day! : )

the companies put chemicals that arent the healthiest for your body. they throw a chemical imbalance in your body, because they use pesticides and other chemicals the keep disease and bugs away, but then at the same time they could be posioning us with those chemicals in the long-run.
