Not at all. I found it to Be harmful.
It drains your intellect, makes you stupid.
If you ever marry, the habit will prevent you from having normal relations by keeping you from controlling the effect.
And it can effect the health of future children.
Besides that it's against God's laws on abuse.
Remember also, that though you can't see them, there are angels watching you and talking to God.
