I've heard it called sampacu (probably spelled wrong) but I can't find out what if means if a person has this. I know there's a medical name for it.

I mean when you are wide awake and looking in the mirror and below the colore part of the eye there is visible white, as if the colored part(iris) is higher than normal, allowing the white to show.

Usually they are passed out, or dead!

When the iris, or colored part of the eye pops up into some ones head, on top...

They are completely relaxed because they are unconcious...
