I weigh 111 kilos. I get up at 9am. Start work at 10am and end at 10pm (5 days a week). Go sleep at 3am (Irrespective of Holidays). My body clock has kinda adjusted to my awake / asleep houirs

I am a school teacher and for the last few weeks i have had an uncomfortable back and neck. I think my posture is becoming bad from leaning and slouching while at work, any advice what i can do to correct my posture, i already do yoga, is there any other methods?

My niece has been complaining that her right wrist is hurting her. "Sharp pains like knives are stabbing". She can't grip anything and pressure hurts her.

She says this all started about a month ago after she did cartwheels. She has visited the school nurse a few times and they just put an ace bandage on it and sent her on her merry little way.

What could possibly be wrong with her wrist? I realize that a visit to the doctor should be done, but my parents just don't have the finances right now.

Any suggestions?

an unknown brain disorder.??I was diagnosed with it. I am taking 1200 mg of Neurotin *generic brand* and I have seizures periodically. The have ruled out Epilepsy. My first grandma seizure was 1-1/2 yrs ago.. I have had 2 of them and some small ones. I have had test after test and still no answers, where do I go from here? I am really concerned for my health. I am 27 and I am already getting a few gray hairs... could stress bring this on? Also, I get "anxiety" a lot like a tightness in my chest and a feeling like I have to take a deep breath. I feel like I am too young to be on anything for this. Depression doesn't really run in my family so I don't like to think that is what I have, but I also have trouble sleeping some nights... I don't know. Could this all be connected??? Is there anything natural I can take? I hate to have a doctor push some pill on me that I really don't need.

I was out at the beach a little too long the other day, and got a mild sunburn. After it all cleared, it started to peel, but only parts peeled off, and now several days later, I look like a leper or like I have a case of cancer on my shoulders. I have dark spots that didn't peel, and lighter spots where I did...I've been moisturizing and trying to get the rest to come off, but it's not budging...it's very strange. Any ideas?
