Try to sleep a little longer 7-8 hours a night and you may want to have your thyroid tested to see if you are hypothyroid. Your work hours are pretty long so you are going to be tired. If you can take a walk after work or at lunch that will help.

B vitamins taken with a meal in the morning will give you energy and protect your nerves. A good multi-vitamin like Nature's Way "Alive!" is packed with nutrition and makes you feel good and ready for the day. "Focus Attention" by Nature's Sunshine helps you to stay focused and attentive. Ginko takes about 3 months to really get into your system and is a good herb for attention. Can you get outside for a quick break and just walk around the building? Fresh air is always good. Sitting that long can cause blood clots in the legs too. Make sure you get up every hour or so. An earlier bedtime is definitely needed. I know you want a life that is more than work but you are not sleeping enough.

Even though you are too tired, you should make some time in the day to MAKE yourself exercise. your obesity is probably the main cause of your problem, but you sound like you knew that anyway. Even if it is just a few minutes, doing something on your lunch break would be extremely beneficial to you. Walk around the block or building or whereever you are, and you will feel more refreshed and energetic the more you do it.

It would help you out alot, if you could lose some weight..Your work hours are another problem!!You are working 10 to 10 and having diner very late and going to bed with a full stomach and your food isn't getting to digest right..With your over weight problem and not getting a full 8hrs.sleep,Is why you are tried all the time..You need to figure out a schedule and try and follow it..
Maybe you should start out with small portions on your meals..Like 6 OR 7 small portion meals..You could pre-pack all your small meals and take them to work and eat 1 meal at first break and 2nd. at noon and so on..You can do it,It will me hard at first and you will start feeling alot better and better about yourself in just about 2 months.. GOOD LUCK..YOU CAN DO IT..

How long do you sleep? The reason you feel sleepy might not be caused by the time you go to sleep, but how long you sleep. Insufficient sleep makes you tired, the same applies to sleeping for too long. Try to sleep for like 7-8 hours and you should be good.
