You could sit around all day without a job and eat like I do. I've gained about 20 pounds in the past year doing exactly that. You could also consider joining the Army or the Marine Corps. Most of the recruits bulk up a lot during and after basic training.

do not ever attempt to throw up after eating - which will positioned thanks to a lot rigidity on your body. Secondly, do not beat your self up about binge-eating. very last evening i ate dinner and then had a million choc icecream, 20 or so chocolate cakes and a packet of salty chips... finally, dropping weight isn't all about that scale. Throw it out. *you pick to paintings on body AND recommendations. a million) you imagine you're gruesome. How come? you're in undemanding words 16 and your body has no longer reached finished adulthood (boom) element yet... I.e. Your structure now would replace. you may advance taller, get thinner, etc. 2) in case you pick to drop some pounds, "imagine skinny". heavily. eat smaller parts, start up eating more effective end result and vegetables. 3)communicate with someone about WHY you eat... per chance you eat because you're bored or because you experience unhappy. Emotional eating is rather basic. 4)start up performing some exercising. Even some thing as common as walking to school or performing some swimming. 5)Get some crayons/ felt tip pens and write on some tremendous card some affirmations. alongside with i'm dropping weight without difficulty and actual"; "i'm healthful and satisfied"; "i'm surrounded through affection". Stick those up on your room or on the reflect. they could help you lose the burden at the same time as feeling more effective positive about your self. you'd be ok. you're ok. we are in undemanding words human inspite of each thing, so often times we fall off the wagon. yet getting decrease back on is the direction to fulfillment. you may do this. I easily remember on you. :)

I doubt you hate drinking. Try a Frappucino from Starbucks. Each one has 600 calories w/ whipped cream. Count your calories. You're supposed to consume 3,600 calories daily (1,200 per meal on a 3 meal basis). For every extra 3,500 calories you eat, you gain one pound. Isn't that funny? Trying to lose weight is as hard as trying to gain weight.

Well you have to really factor in your metabolism. If its really high, and you are really aiming to put on some fat...limit your movement and eat....healthy, but with high amounts in calories. You dont have to eat alot, but sustain a higher than normal caloric intake. If its muscle you wanna put on....exercise is your goal, but its up to you. Just realize...you may regret later on for asking to get bigger..

If you need to gain weight, eat more protein, consult a doctor about your weight as it could lead to health problems, he/she could recommend maybe some diet supplements for weight gain.

wtf is wrong with you? eating isn't optional! there are 5 things ur body HAS to do to live... eat, drink, sleep, poop and breathe. Remove ANY of those 5 and you're going to die. If dying is your intention, then I'd give up breathing instead of eating. It's quicker and a whole lot less painful.
