Yes definitely. I know teenagers with gray hairs. Yes it could all be connected. It could be a good look for you. Accent the gray in a good way. Or attempt to dye it. Just don't pluck it!

no, stress cannot give one gray hair, although the psychoanalyst karl abraham thought otherwise. i am concerned that you may be suffering from a mood or anxiety disorder, both of which have genetic origins. But both can also be brought on by social stressors. I would encourage you to talk with a primary care doctor. I don't think it is healthy to subscribe to 'pharmacological puritanism'. Would you refuse to take an antibiotic if you had strep??! If your doctor determines that you might benefit from medication, PLEASE take it. By the same token, it is important to maintain a healthful diet, get plenty of exercise, and socialize as much as possible. Psychotherapy may also be useful.

I don't think stress causes grey hair but there are a number of natural herbal remedies you can try for stress two herbs: Kava and St. John's wort. buy them in capusuls in your pharmacy or health food store.
Also you can try aromatherapy, lavender, chamomile, bergamot, marjoram, scandalwood, lemon, ylang ylang. If you are going try this buy them in essential oil then combine 10 drops lavender, 4 drops sandlewood, 4 drops bergamot, 4 drops chamomile, 4 drops ylang ylang (put all of these drops in 4 ounces of vegtable oil and use as body oil or put two teaspoons in a bath)

It's not been scientifically proven (rather spoken of as "possible"), but here's a theory from a medical student:
