Go to your Dr. and ask for Zyban. Sometimes insurance will pay if you get the genaric Wellbuteran. Ask for at least 6 months
Start the meds and keep smoking, you will know when to stop. I a couple weeks you will not even want to smoke this will last several weeks, enough time to get over the worst of the habbit. Dont quit the meds for 5 or 6 months though.

You need to get by the first three days, then it is all in your mind. I recommend that you do it over a weekend, make a plan, if you do a lemon cleanse this will help, google lemon cleanse and follow this three day procesure, it worked for me.
