You really can't "catch up on sleep". Just resume your normal pattern and you will resume feeling rested.

Keep yourself awake on the first day(entire) and go to bed at 9pm set ur alarm for 9 hours(until 6 am) ur sleeping pattern gets automatically reset.(moviestars and buisnessmen follow this procedure)

Unfortunately Lost sleep can not be regained, you can reset your body clock by re-regulating your sleep time. Keep it a constant time and remove the television from your bedroom. Bedrooms are for sleeping.

just stay up or force yourslef to sleep on a normal sleep pattern

Try staying up all night and then day and then going to bed at a normal time.
