I have a lot of "red dots" on my laft arm. It does not itch or hurt. I don't think I am alergic to anything, never was. What could it be?

Skin Allergy, may happen due to where you live of perhaps some thing that you recently ate. Do they go away at certain times of the year? If so, allergies. Topical ointment will help.

Are the dots under the skin or on top? Do they look like they have blood in them? If they are raised and darkish red, the doctor's don't know what to do with them. In my research, and I have them and had them go away and then come back again, is that you need to do an herbal liver cleanse and probably be taking 1000 mg of Vit C with Rutin 50 mg in it. The Rutin helps keep the walls of the capillaries strong.

If they look like microscopic red marks, it could be chiggers under the skin but they usually itch.

A check up might be in order just to ease your mind.

Maybe your skin is dry on that arm. But you might want to conyact a Dermatologist. It'might be something serious.

could be bruises or something. maybe if something hit your arm recently... a friend of mine got a really nasty bruise on his arm once, and there were red dots on it and such.

It could be a heat rash. See a Doctor if it persists.
