I have been assigned a topic for english class, to do a debate. we had to pick a topic out of a hat, and i got against same sex marriage. Wich i don't agree with, i have to find a whole lot of points to make sure that my team wins. so i want to no if gay people are more likley to get sexual transmited deases than straight people. I would really like to no because i have done a lot of reasearch, but can't seem to find anything, any help would be very appriacted. Thanks

Obviously STDs are a big problem in prison. I imagine condom use isn't particularly high, but do they even give prisoners condoms, or allow them to have them? It seems like it would be a good idea to have them available.

If my boyfriend has HSV1 and doesn't have any cold sores visable, can he give me HSV down thereif he goes down on me even though he has no sores at that time? Can it only be transmitted (HSV1) if sores are visable? I know that HSV2 can be trasmitted without signs or symptoms.

Before I had a STD test, I had unprotected sex with my girlfriend. My results came back negative for everything, but the doctor said the chlamydia/gonorrhea results were only 60% accurate. Even though my results came back negative, should I still tell my girlfriend to be tested??

Have been to dr twice he says i have non specific urethritis. Am on second batch of antibiotics for it now. Symptoms frequency and sometimes i get a shooting pain in urethra. Have been tested for chlamidya and all that and nothing there. Is it possible to contact a bug if you had sex with condom, but fingered a girl then touched your own genitals (girl was prostitute). have contacted gen. warts but unsure if other bugs could get in urethra? Am a bit paranoid i have something else but have been reassured by dr of the condition.

My question is that my condom broke during sex two days ago and I am really concerned and scared and I have been having anxiety since then. She said she is clean and had been tested but you can never be too sure. I will go see my doctor tomorrow to have a blood test done but I was just wondering if it is to soon to find out if hiv has been transmited after two days or if is still ok to have a blood test taken right away or do I have to wait 3 to 6 months to know. I would really appreciate any answers from anyone. Thanks.

i am 16 and i had a rather irritable stomach this one day.
i was going into my 4th hour(PE) therefore I had to use the locker room toilets which are only used by BOYS grades 10-12.
when i used the toilet, i got really bad diarrhea. and then somewhat solid waste came out, hit the toilet and then the water went back up and splashed my rectum which is also known as "splashy doodie." After that I wiped up the remaining water and left. also for the record, the toilet HAD BEEN FLUSHED so mostly there was fresh water i believe.

Sorry if this sounds gross but it has been on my mind for a couple days and it would really help me if someone answered my question.
Also, I got to a school in a smaller town in utah above Salt Lake City, so I doubt that there are many people living with the HIV in my location, never the less students at my school with it.

My boyfriend has HSV-1(cold sores) and has never had an outbreak of herpes down there ever. (HSV-2), if I have unprotected sex with him, and he's never had an outbreak or dx, is it possible to get HSV-2 even though he's never had it?(he's Only had HSV-1)
