Before I had a STD test, I had unprotected sex with my girlfriend. My results came back negative for everything, but the doctor said the chlamydia/gonorrhea results were only 60% accurate. Even though my results came back negative, should I still tell my girlfriend to be tested??

60% That's pretty good.
If you care enough to have sex with her,
tell her the test results.
Chlamydia and gonorrhea are just a shot away from being taken care of, but not if your girl friend should get pregnant. Then your putting someone else's life at risk.

Yes, for her sake and your own, If she is found to have an infection you will also need treatment, STD's left untreated can cause problems. Do the right thing

If you are the only one she has been with, she will know where it came from. Best to tell her.
