no there is no way to do that ....it is called privacy.....and it is illegal to publish a list of ppl who test positive. Read up on the Privacy Act that passed through congress several years ago and it will give you all the info on our countries privacy policies

no not that can be accessed by any normal person...doctor's must document and notify the center for disease control on how many patients they have with certain conditions but names are confidential

No that is considered Patient confidentiality and under the new HIPPA laws, you cant get that information.

these thing are private records sad as it may sound. Just think If anyone had assess to these records they could cause a lot of damage.

No it is private. You need to ask this person of you are worried and if you have had sexual contact with them you need to take a test asap.
