no there is no way to do that ....it is called privacy.....and it is illegal to publish a list of ppl who test positive. Read up on the Privacy Act that passed through congress several years ago and it will give you all the info on our countries privacy policies

no not that can be accessed by any normal person...doctor's must document and notify the center for disease control on how many patients they have with certain conditions but names are confidential
