i am 16 and i had a rather irritable stomach this one day.
i was going into my 4th hour(PE) therefore I had to use the locker room toilets which are only used by BOYS grades 10-12.
when i used the toilet, i got really bad diarrhea. and then somewhat solid waste came out, hit the toilet and then the water went back up and splashed my rectum which is also known as "splashy doodie." After that I wiped up the remaining water and left. also for the record, the toilet HAD BEEN FLUSHED so mostly there was fresh water i believe.
Sorry if this sounds gross but it has been on my mind for a couple days and it would really help me if someone answered my question.
Also, I got to a school in a smaller town in utah above Salt Lake City, so I doubt that there are many people living with the HIV in my location, never the less students at my school with it.

I totally understand that you're concerned, and I think you're really brave to be honest enough to share your story. but you have nothing to worry about. just to make sure, I checked with a friend who is a registered nurse and she said exactly what I was thinking, nothing to worry about ! you're just fine !
Best Wishes .

Lets just say a guy with HIV used the toilet before you. The only way it could get tranfered to you is by spilt blood of the HIV guy to you. Seeing as how there are STDs out there that can be transmitted other than sex (herpes, genetal warts, clymidia, AIDS, HIV) there is a very slim posibility you may have got the HIV (T) cells. But you never can be sure! I'd talk to my doctor. It could be anything.

The HIV virus will not survive out of the human body. Outside of the body it doesn't had the necessary conditions to vive. Even if someone with HIV had use the bathroom just before you did i don't know how exactly you think you could get infected is not like the virus is in human waste. so, NO YOU CANT GET INFECTED THROUGH THE TOILET.

To tell you the truth I've never heard of anyone getting HIV from using a toilet. If you feel that you might of got it then go to the doctors and get tested. Don't worry.

The only way that HIV can be transfered is through sexual fluids being exchanged (i.e. sperm, vaginal secretion..etc.) or through your blood streams. To get HIV from a toliet, there would've had to have been fresh infected blood that came in direct contact with your rectum with an open sore or wound on it. That's like kissing someone with who is HIV positive, you CAN NOT catch it through saliva. You are fine.

You're fine. If you want, get checked out by a doctor. But seriously, you are fine. Believe it or not, HIV is an extremely unstable, fragile virus OUTSIDE of the body. It takes the most perfect of conditions for it to survive.

Unless you have some sort of open cut in your rectum and a previous person had had some seriously bloody diarrhea or urine, you should be fine... for HIV. (It's only transmitted through blood, semen, breast milk, and vaginal fluid)
But that doesn't guarantee a clean bill of health.

don't worry you don't have an STD. the HIV virus isn't airborne so the virus can't survive. If you're still getting these stomach pains then go see a doctor, otherwise, you have nothing to worry about.

There is no question about it. You gave YOURSELF HIV. The poop went down and splashed back up your butt. It is all over for you, Mr. Splashy Noodle.
