Can you get microscoptic cuts on your head while shaving with electrical hair clippers the ones got goes errrrrnk really loud?

That is a definite possibility, if you are scraping the scalp with the clippers and not using the guards.

Stop being a baby, even if you could its microscopic. That means its smaller then a hair follical. Can anything bad actually come out of a cut that small. NOPE.
