Some say yes :(, it's an exchange of body fluids. More people end up getting HIV, carriers & not the disease AIDS. If you know for sure they have HIV or AIDS, please use condoms. Best Wishes to You.

you need to go to the doctor ASAP...there are drugs that they can give you in case of exposure that can reduce your chances of getting it......GO NOW!!!!
