Not everyone who has aids is a deviant. It would be good if there were some way you could register people who have the disease and continue to intentionally sleep around without protection. They deserve to be brought into public scrutiny.

How would that stop the virus from spreading? Do you think everyone is going to see the pictures on the web? I doubt it. Also what about those that probably have Aids but have not been tested? They will continue to spread it until the get so sick they have to seek medical attention.

i think it would be wrong to put people's name on net if they are AIDS affect, it's just bad, obsious those people are going through some difficulity time, and they some want to be alone, and it is they right to maintain undercover. But where sex ofenders they are, or should be put online for everyone to see, so they can protect their childs or the community from dangerous people like that. keeping th society safe and better look out.

I think it would be a violation of their privacy. There are plenty of people who get infected with HIV through no fault of their own - someone with an unfaithful spouse/partner, or a tainted blood supply, a health-care worker who was exposed while treating someone who was HIV-positive, or the child of an HIV-positive mother who didn't take the right precautions. To subject such individuals to public exposure is wrong. If you don't want AIDS, don't have unprotected sex, and don't share needles.

The "Typhoid Mary" syndrome? I don't think so! The vast majority of people living with HIV are highly responsible. Why pillory them?

There are estimated to be hundreds of thousands who have it and don't know - would you enforce testing for everyone, whether they want it or not? They wouldn't be on your site.

It's down to individuals protecting THEMSELVES. That's the way you control this disease.

Aside from being an unconstitutional invasion of privacy?

A good percentage of people with HIV don't know they have it. And not everybody who has it spreads it.

it is a little wrong but i dont totally disagree with it, it is pretty messed up to not tell someone that you have aids and have sex with them thats almost like murder. but there is no way they can track everyone with STDs alot of people have it and dont know it cause there are no symptoms, but they can give it to someone else and they will get the symptoms.

well it would be invasion of privacy since they are sick not rapists. you can help stop it from spreading simply by never having sex without a condom. so just take care of you and keep telling your friends to do the same.

Current HIPAA legislation prevents this and that's not about to change any time soon. Not all HIV positives are reckless and irresponsible.
