i think i have a sinus infection but today while in the shower i was doing what we call here a farmers blow that where u hold one nostril down and blow out the other one. a big chunk flew out but it wasn't like most mucus i have seen. it was harder than normal but not hard as a rock it felt like i had a piece of squid in my hand and it it wasn't bloody all except a Lil piece on it. my nose did bleed for a few seconds after but then started running which it hasn't done at all up until now. is this norm and has any body else had this happen before?

I am 17 years old and there is a blood drive at my school on Friday.

I feel fine, no fever or anything, and able to normal activates with no trouble.

However, I do have a cough. I cough constantly but it’s not been as bad as it had been.

Am I still eligible to donate blood?

I am a college student and have been feeling ill. I went to the clinic on campus yesterday and they took a nasal swab flu test and prescribed me a medication (Tamiflu) to treat the flu. Last night and throughout today i have been feeling a uncomfortable pressure in my chest. I called the clinic and spoke to a nurse who told me that it was just my flu progressing. My mom and my boyfriend are worried that it might be pneumonia or bronchitis. Should I go to a different doctor's office, or should i trust that i really have the flu and wait for the results of my nasal swab?

My doctor told me that I have a low blood oxygen level. The machine conected to my finger showed it to be about 93-96. I have to return for a breathing test.

I have diabetes and I have not smoked in 17 years.

My neighbor "warms" his new Dodge truck (not deisel) letting it idle for 15 -40 minutes in the mornings. Because we live on a cul de sac, his truck is less then 20 feet from my front window and door. I tried to talk to him and have even called the police, but there doesn't seem to be anything they can do.
