If you have multiple small calcified lung nodules be they (and most are) less than 5mm in diameter. These are caused by previous chickenpox pneumonia which has calcified. The patient is usually asymptomatic :) nothing to worry about in many cases . They don't indicate anything other than having had a prior case of chickenpox pneumonia and also happens when someone has tuberculosis. They are not an indicator of the present for this be something formed during and simply still visible in an xray after the fact.

This typically forms in cases of tuberculosis, not always happens, but better if you discard that through a closer examination with x ray.
