I went to this restraunt and I ate a lot and I couldn't breathe that well. I struggled to breathe because I was too full. I still have a hard time breathing. Did I get asthma? Please help.

I have been smoking cigarettes for about 3 years. I just can't seem to quit. I hate smelling like smoke all the time. And my chest hurts sometimes. I can't even go up a flight of stairs without feeling out of breath. I can't stand it anymore. I've tried the gum and the patch, but they didn't work. I still got headaches, and craved a cigarette SO badly. Sometimes i will quit cold turkey for about 2 days, then get stressed out, and give up and buy a pack. How dd you quit smoking???

I had a very bad case of the flu a few months ago, used Afrin for the congestion, and now whenever I stop using it I get so clogged up. I've tried one nostril at a time but it didn't work. Otc decongestants don't work either. I'm like an addict running around for my next "hit" or squirt, but you don't get high from this stuff, you just can't breath!!!

how long does smoke stay in body? i live in a very old house. i live in the front apartment and people live behind me in another apartment. i've had a daily headache for 6yrs now. it feels like someone a tight band around forhead, cheeks, eyes, temples. all sinus areas. doc said stress/migraine, but no meds help. allegra d did help for 2 months than stopped. my husband smells smoke in our apartment. we don't smoke. could the smoke from the back apartment be getting into ours through the walls and cracks? and could this be causing my headaches? how long does it take for second hand smoke to clear out of blood system before be able to see if this is the cause? i left apartment for 3 days still have headaches

I've had whats seemed to be pnemonia or a bad cold for the past week and a half--and although I'm about over it, I have not gotten my full voice back yet and I'm still coughing quite a bit. I can talk--but you know that soft voice you use when you talk to a baby or a pet? Well mine is completely gone. Not even a sqeak comes out.

I'm worried because my coughing has been quite bad. I'm wondering if I'll ever get that softer range of my voice back...
