The nose is noumber one..when we inhale the air from the environment,if the person has a decongested nose the next alternative is the mouth. BUT primarily, nose then goes to the trachea, laryngx,diaphragm, lungs...hope this helps. God bless

Your question is kind of hard to understand, but I think the answer is the diaphragm. The diaphragm drops down, causing the lungs to expand.
