because there are some people that have to take a puff of their inhaler every 4 hrs and i just take puffs whenever i need to

Ya, I'm like U...I need to take it whenever I need it. But sometimes
I can try and calm myself down and not think about it, and it may
ease up. There are people who have asthma so bad, they miss
school,work, etc. They take breathing treatments.......My lungs
feel heavy , like I can't get my breath, and when I use my inhaler
it opens my lungs or whatever so I can breath better. Excersise
also brings it on. I'm just really glad I don't weeze and stuff....

Yes some asthmatics are worse. Every 4 hours does seem like they need new medication or other ways to help them more. Alot of asthma medication is very addicting and can be hard for some people to know when they really need it or think they need it.

asthma is so diverse that some people that get asthma at a young age actually grow out of it. It is completly different for each person.
