Alot of things make asthma worse. I'm 29 years old and have had it since birth so I know. Things in the air. Like pollen. Allergies. Especially smoking. I have asthma and I am a smoker and I will tell you they don't mix. Overdoing yourself. Like in sports or exercising.

Different people have different triggers. It can even vary with the person from year to year. My middle boy has ashtma. He used to never have it triggered by exercise, but in the last year or two ( he's 10 and had it since he was 2) it has became a trigger. I also notice his has become more season sensitive than it used to be. It can vary, so each individual should know their usual triggers and keep on the lookout for new ones.
