apparently you swallow the fish which goes inside your body and eats up all the asthma infected areas and cleans them. I dont know how to buy this theory.

I´m 39 years old and fit. It´s been almost 3 weeks now since a complete the treatment (antibiotics) and 1 week since I started working again. I´m taking it slow and exercising very lightly, but I do enjoy relaxing in a steem bath or sauna. Is this OK?

My son often has problems in the fall with chest congestion but the stuff the doctors give him just don't generally work. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

When I do sports I get all wheezy, and my chest gets tight and I cough alot. I can never not breath it just make it real hard. I have never had a attack. Just sometimes when I get that way a inhaler would be nice. Would it be ok to use a friends before the class to see if it helps at all?

I have a family history of asthma, but I've never been actually diagnosed with it (I'm 20). However, I received poor medical care when I was younger and never told anyone when I was feeling bad, so I might have had asthma and no one caught it.

I just went jogging outdoors for the first time since it's gotten colder (about 55 F, which feels cold in Texas). After barely 5 minutes jogging, my lungs started hurting really badly and my chest tightened up. When I got home, I was coughing. I've jogged on a treadmill inside before, and that's never happened. Was it the cold weather, or are those signs of asthma? I don't know whether I was wheezing (I had my headphones on, and I ended up having to walk most of the way). I'm at a normal weight, and I'm not really out of shape (but I'm not an athlete, either). Does anyone have any ideas as to what could be going on?

I think I might have a minor case of asthma because my chest hurts badly when I run and for the rest of that day. I've never had an asthma attack, so is it at all possible to have asthma?

I have an appointment to see a doctor but I wanted to know if anyone knew beforehand.

Does this seem serious, or is it fairly common? My husband had gallbladder removal surgery just the year before, could this have anything to do with the lesion of the liver? Of course, I am frozen with fear that it could be cancer, and guess I just need reassurance. Thank you

I hate it when I have a chest infection and have to go to the doctors as I know she will listen to my chest with her stethoscope and the thought of it is so embarrassing.

Does this effect anyone else or are you scared of going to the doctors?

I have spit up about 1 tsp on black-tinged phlegm first thing in the morning for the past 4 days. I have a doctor appt in 4 days -- should I try to get in earlier? I don't smoke, don't use drugs, am not a coal miner, haven't been to "Ground Zero" and feel otherwise healthy. Should I be extremely concerned??

I use Singulair for my asthma. Recently, I found a site www.betterlifepharmacy.com. Right now, I pay with $50 for a 30 day supply of Singulair 10mg (with prescription card). This site has the same strength but is only $64 for 90 days. Is there any way I can check to make sure they're legit? They're based out of Australia, but they receive their medication from India. Thanks!
