I´m 39 years old and fit. It´s been almost 3 weeks now since a complete the treatment (antibiotics) and 1 week since I started working again. I´m taking it slow and exercising very lightly, but I do enjoy relaxing in a steem bath or sauna. Is this OK?

For a sensible amount of time, this would actually help your condition. This will help the mucus that is probably still in the bases of your lungs, to thin out so that it can be carried up and out.

Yes.. and without overdoing it, I think steam bath relaxation can even improve your lung condition.

I am not a doctor but in hospitals I often see recovering patients (especially kids and babies) from respiratory illnesses being made to inhale steam from a nebulizer or a vaporizer.
