I would say you are past needing those. You have "de-toxed" your body by this point so you don't have the physical addiction, it's the emotional addiction that you're likely to struggle with now. All you can do is try to keep busy and avoid the things that used to "trigger" you to smoke, although of course some of them are unavoidable. Good Luck, stick with it!!!

If you stopped 1 month ago the nicotine is gone. The lozenges will add nicotine back into your system. If you need help try Zyban aslo known as Wellbutrin SR it has no nicotine & help increase your mood. My mom has been smoke free for 10years because of Zyban.

dont go back to smoking u have done it on your own for a mnth keep going dont go back to the start and keep smoking its not worth it

Congratulations!!! But please dont try those stop smoking things...all they do is give your body nicotene in a different way, and they help keep you addicted morso than they do to help you quit.

as a smoker, i can tell you.

You do not smoke. Remember to tell yourself " I don't smoke."
