hey every1 i have been sick for a whole week or two!!!!!ive went to the emrgency room and everything but they jsut say i have trachio-bronchitis.can any1 tell me how to stop sum of the swelling in my trachia and bronchi?thanks times a thousand!

and yea i do no to drink water but i like juice and stuff u no.

dude im a kid i dont smoke lol.......i take pills that dont even hgelp with my cold tho.i throw up sumtimes tho and gotta take it again.

If you smoke cigs you need 2 stop. That's just making the situation worst. If the e.r Dr. prescribed meds ---take them until they are gone. Don't stop taking the meds , even if you feel better. Try 2 drink plenty of fluids and if you workout , nothing 2 strenuous. Don't change up with the weather---avoid dust and disinfectants. This can cause the passage 2 stay in inflamed. If your body feels tired get your rest.
