You should not give your dog any human medication without your Vet's permission. Wouldn't you rather ask the Vet and be safe? You would feel bad if you made your dog worse or the dog died because you didn't consult the Vet.

Although I would also recommend a trip to the vet, if you want something to relieve her until then, benadryl and chlortrimaton are okay for dogs. Definitely wouldn't want to give her anything with a decongestant without asking the vet. I know in humans it increases heart rate etc, wouldn't want to take that chance with a dog.

No, not without talking to your vet. Dogs can take some human meds, but you need to get the correct dosage from your vet depending on the dog's weight.
