Okay, well im 15 and i went to the doctor about a month ago because i had trouble breathing while running. I really thought it was my tonsil because i could feel it touch the back of my throat when i breathed. The doctor said that my tonsil was "swollen" and not infected so he gave me singular because he said it could be from allergies, which i dont ever have allergies. and he also gave me an inhaler since i said i couldnt breathe when i run. Came back for a checkup and said it was excercised induced asthma. I get sore throats alot, but its nothing major. I get fevers alot though. I feel like i always have mucus stuck in the back of my throat. and my nose drippy. I still feel like my tonsil is affecting my breathing and want them taken out. What should i do?

So I'm trying to quit smoking and I recently just started taking Zyban. I've heard good things about it, but am wondering if it really helps you quit? Any suggestions from you would help. I've tried the patch, gum, and cold turkey. Nothing works. Have you had any success with Zyban and if so, did you do anything else to help you quit?

I just had a methacoline test and failed. The doc has no read my results yet but the respitory thearpist said i for shure faild the test, and we were not even able to finish. He suggested i had some breathing disorder but not asthma since i did not show improvement with the bronchodiators. What is a sensitive airway or what other conditions could i have that would mimic asthma?
