God, don't you hate that?!? The worst is when your nose is stopped up tight - AND running!! Try going outside for a minute and see if that will help open up your nose - for me, moving around sometimes helps.

i'm not sure, but have you ever noticed that if you are congested in one nostril and trying to sleep, which ever side you are laying on is the one that is stopped up.like all the snot flows to the side you are laying on!
