The bronchi are the little hair like fingers inside the lungs that help now air around and help with the absortion of O2 and assist in the expelling of the bad air. Paralysis means to freeze up in a way. Like if someone has paralysis from the waist down then they can't move or have feeling from waist down. Paralyis of the bronchi is basically means they can't move and tranfer air right.
