I've tried a couple of things, but nothing seems to work. In fact, it seems to be getting worse! Any ideas?

If you notice you get it at night you probably have a post nasal drip going on. you can try a few things before going to the doctors. 1. you can take a decongestant , like Tylenol Sinus 2. Blow your nose good and use a nose drop , 3. Prop yourself up on some pillows so your sinus can drain properly. 4. use Vick's on your chest to keep your nose clear 5. if you have asthma use your inhaler 6. cough drop 7.keep water next to your bed at night . Hope this helps

you could have bronchitis, or any number of things. It's best to see a doctor now before it gets worse and possibly turns into pneumonia.
