Where were you when they did high school biology? Your hearing canal opens into your throat from one side and out to your ear on the other side of the eardrum. So the only thing that will drain out of your ear and onto your pillow (ugh) is something you got into your ear from the outside. Ear infections can lead to hearing loss (wha'd you say?) if not taken care of. Go see your doctor! Now!

i have never heard of that. try and put some hydrogen perxide on a q-tip, and put it in your ear. this will kill the infection.
