No not alway. Especially in women the signs are differed. I had one last year and didn't even suspect that that was what was wrong with me i thought i was just getting the flu or something then i had a couple of sever pains in my head i thought oh great anthor migrain but my Mom noticed that I was repeating myself alot and wasn't remembering what i had just said. So I went to the E.R. and I was told that the test showen I had had an stroke. And it dosen't matter how young you are either i am only in my early 30's. So if you suspect something is wrong you should get medical help right away.
