As much as you think you don't, I believe that you have asthma. You may have a very mild form, which can be treated easily with inhalers. These help SUBSTANTIALLY! I recommend going to see your doctor, and inquiring about it. Either that or you could be living in an environment that contains mould, and you have spores growing in your lungs. It also may depend on where you live, if you live in a city with high smog levels, chances are you are at higher risk of having respiratory problems! :)

It sounds like you suffer from what thousands of people suffer from, Asthma. You probably need an inhaler (Albuterol) which will loosen the bands around your bronchial tube. When these bands get tight that is what causes a cough upon exertion. Good Luck

sounds like excercise induced asthma just like one of the other posters mentioned. My son has this problem as well. Better get checked out by the ole' Doc. There are medications to help with this.

could be excercised induced asthma. Is it cold outside? your lungs are probably adjusting to the temperature. Make sure you warm up properly but otherwise i'd go see a doctor if its really bothering you

Throw down those butts and you'll breath better and live longer... That feeling you have when you run will soon be you usual state after years of smoking. Each breath will be a gasp for air.

peace
