I am a 22 years old male and I have felt sick for 20 years of my life. Everyday I feel sick the whole time, it is always there. Something that makes me feel more sick is when I get worried and anxious about something, that makes me feel really really sick and sometimes it feels like I will be sick but I never acutally vomit, I just bring up a dry cough. I have had loads of tests and seen lots of doctors (including ear, nose, throat doctors) who dont know what is causing it. Can anyone help? I feel sick in my throat every second of everyday and one thing I know that can make it worse is getting anxious but the sick sick feeling is there always. I have been to a phycologist for a few years that did help but now I cant control it with my mind because it is just the phycial side left of it and I dont know what to do. Also I have noticed that doing exercise like running about also can make me feel a lot more sick. Please can anyone help!

My 10 year old son had a stomach infection, and was treated with antibiotics. Now that he's better, my young 4 years old daughter is having stomach pain just like his. It gets better, and then few minutes later she's having pain again. I was just wondering, does she need antibiotics to get better? Or can she get better without antibiotics, and take time to rest?

Doctors have told me cirrhosis of the liver is irreversible so deal with the fact this condition will certainly shorten my life.
I understand that but I have read that the liver CAN rejuvenate
itself to some degree under certain circumstances if you obstain from the harmful elements which are under your control, alcohol, etc. Is there anything I can "take" or "do "
to maintain or improve the condition of my liver besides eat right and take care of my body, or am I too late? I' 60.

My husband had his gallbladder removed about 4 years ago. He's had recurrent pain similar to a gallbladder attack twice since then. Both times he returned to the surgeon who performed his gallbladder removal and both times the surgeon did a ERCP and increased the size of the Sphincter of Oddi. The last time was about 1 1/2 years ago. Just recently my husband started feeling very fatigued and had intermittant pain similar to the gallbladder attack pain but not as severe. Today after he had something to eat he said that the pain had returned and it was exactly the same as the pain with his gallbladder. He has made an appointment with his family doctor and hopefully tests will show what is going on. I don't want him to go back to the surgeon who did the gallbladder removal, we don't have much faith in him seeing as my husband has had so many difficulties after the surgery. I don't know if this time it is a problem with the Sphincter of Oddi again or possibly gallstones.

Hello,

My brother has been ill for the past fews days - started with him vomiting & feeling as if the room were spinning & as if he was going to pass out.

He was admitted to hospital on Sat night, where the doctors kept shining a light into his eyes and asking if there was a history of kidney problems within the family before - which we do not know of!

Anyhows, we next over-heard the doctors talking about 'neurological'. He was admitted on to a ward and today he has had a contrast medium injectioned into him & had a CT scan of his brain. They also put more drops into his eyes & gave him a vision field test (which is didn't do very well both with & without drops). He is also experiening some numbness on the side of one of his thighs.

His blood pressure has stayed between 160 - 190 since Sat night.

I am online checking up about CT scans & why they are needed & trying to find a link between all his symptoms.

Anyone any ideas or know of anyone who has these symptons???

I have Krohn's disease for over a year. My health is not getting better and family and friends have suggested surgery. Before I talk to my Dr. , what is the surgery called? I checked online but it just gives me the steps of the procedure and the complications.Has anyone had this surgery and was it worth it?The reason I'm leaning towards surgery is because my meds are not helping much and already been on remicade and humira. I have not gained any weight back and I litterally look like skin and bones. I am 5'4 and weight 105 lbs. before I was a nice healthy 185. Please help!!!
