i (like an idiot) smoked pot.. a few hits, about 4 to 5 months ago. I am a female and have shoulder length hair.
I interviewed for a job today and they told me they were doing a 3 month span hair drug analasys.
I do not smoke anymore, and did not smoke at all within the last 4 months.
what are the likelyhoods of passing the test.. any ideas?
they toulk quite a few strands of hair from the back of my head.. full length strands..

Unfortunately, I think you will fail the test. They say "4 months", but they just grab a few inches of hair, grind it up, and test it. If there's residue, there's residue. And because it's in your hair, there's not much to do about it. You can ask if you can have a urine test instead, and then you'll be alright. Some places will allow you to substitute.

A few hits probably wouldn't even show up. And if it was just once, it would be just a tiny little piece of the hair while all the rest would be "clean".
Don't worry about it. You'll be fine.

on hair test it can stay in for up to a year. if it was 3 months then your probably okay
