The Stuttering Foundation of America is your best source of help. They have online videos that show speech therapists working with stutterers. They have referrals to speech therapists who specialize in treating stuttering. They have a book, Self Therapy for the Stutterer, that my uncles and cousins who used to stutter went through step by step to improve their speech. One uncle also went to a speech therapist and she used that book in her sessions. Also check these:
