For a while now, my urine has been pretty yellow unless i drink a ton of water. I'm not dehydrated at all. Also, i get a pain under my right rib cage every so often, and there is some yellow discoloration mainly on the inside part of my eyes. Any ideas what this might be?

This morning while I was getting ready for work I suddenly felt very nauseous. I ran to the restroom where I threw up stomach acid. I haven't been eating much lately, and I'll admit I have struggled with anorexia, but it's never caused me to vomit for no apparent reason before. Please don't advise me to see my doctor as the small company I work with does not provide health insurance and I can't afford a doctor so I don't even have one. And yes, I realize anorexia is unhealthy; I've managed to get it under control without any outside help, it's just that I've relapsed a bit recently. Thanks for your help.

Ok, I've tried all the common sense stuff. Excercise (but not within 6 hours of bedtime), no caffine, meditation, reading a book, chamomile tea, melatonin, etc... I've also been on Lunesta, Ambien, Seroquel (bad side effects), Trazodone, Nortryptaline...

The problem is that I am PHYSICALLY tired, but my MIND will NOT SHUT UP!!!!!!

I try repeatedly to "clear my mind", but I feel like I have a tiny motor running in my brain that I can't turn off. My whole life I've always had difficulty getting to sleep, but for the past few months, I've been operating on only about 4-6 hours per night, and I'm tired and "zoned out" during the day.

I've also done a sleep study at the sleep clinic. They found mild sleep apnea and I've tried a CPAP machine, but it only adds to the aggravation of trying to fall asleep.

I have moderate restless leg syndrome as well, but Requip and Mirapex do NOTHING, neither did the Lunesta or Ambien.

It's like I'm immune to medication.

Any other ideas?

but I was told that lactaid milk does not. Is this true? My 92 year old mother has a bad cold and she has to drink lactaid milk for the calcium. She takes a variety of other meds but cannot take calcium pills. At any rate, she is suppose to drink this milk for calcium, but I was told lactaid milk does not produce as much mucus as regular milk does. Anyone know for sure? Because if she can skip the milk for a day or two, well, maybe it will make her feel better. Whatcha think folks?

Actually, my father has given me a new laptop ~ and since the Wireless Network Connection is available, I can barely sleep early like before. In fact, without the computer and my new obsession - surf the Net, I'm indeed a night owl -- I tend to think numerous problems I've in my life and ponder about my future. Somehow, I'm a college student and having these kind of matters can possibly lead me to bigger problem ~ I am rarely attend classes and losing focus towards my goal in achieving better life.

okay, whenever i sleep on my couch, and after i wake up, it's been like, about 2-6 hours. Sometimes, all night. But I don't feel as energetic as I would if I slept in my bed. Is there really a big difference? I thought that sleeping somewhere just as comfortable would just be the same as in my bed.

I am a male aged 55. I am not diabitic and take losataren potassium 50 mg /day to control my blood preassure. Drink alcohol (33.4% strength) 200 ml before dinner.I have beeen experiencing, a muscle pain all over the body, sleepiness, pain in some joints when moving and itchy skin in some places, especially on the back for more than 2 weeks. A physian who known to me and knows that I am drinking alcohol, suggested it was due to some drug reaction with alcohol and advised me to stop drinking alcohol. Even two days after stoping alcohol completely I experienced the same symptoms. Consulted another specialist physcian, she tentatively diagnosed the condition as low blood tyyroxin level and prescribed Thyroxin 50 microgram, Cetrim 10 mg (anti histamine) both 1 tab a day for 2 weeks. And also prescribed sustid soap (antifungal soap) Asked to do Hb/PCV, FT4TSH and S.alkalinephosphatase and to see her in 2 weeks. Can anyone suggest what this condition is?

Against Yahoo answers policy, guidelines? If so, why are we being bombbarded by UNICEF questions? The questions have no meaning, the questions are there to try to rope people into giving money to the organization.

I find myself staying up until 3 or 4am, even when I'm dead tired all night. I'm sure if I would lay down I would be able to sleep.

Is that insomnia, or some other mental health problem? lol
