I see from your profile that you are an 'Internet expert'.
Since you use the Internet and type a lot ......you could have 'Carpel Tunnel Syndrome" (due to compression of nerve in your wrist region). You'll need a 'splint' or steroid injections. Your doctor can diagnose this condition by doing a physical exam or nerve conduction study.
BTW.....since you are an 'Internet expert' why don't you help others here in Y/A by answering Q's too?

There could be many reasons for this problem. First, go see a doctor to find out what is exactly wrong. They should be able to tell you whether or not there is a cure for this.
Other than that, exercise your hand by squeezing a soft ball, to strengthen and stretch your ligaments.

Try relaxing by dipping your right hand in fairly hot water (not too hot and not too lukewarm) and then in cold water alternately. Also try some muscle relaxing ointement or cream. I think the tendons are too tight. If these mesures don't work, see a doctor (an orthopedic doctor or a neurologist).

Go see a doctor, it might be something serious. Possibly tendon jamming or some neurological issue.
