Against Yahoo answers policy, guidelines? If so, why are we being bombbarded by UNICEF questions? The questions have no meaning, the questions are there to try to rope people into giving money to the organization.

The "celebrities" are used as pawns for UNICEF to get the money.

It is, and you can mark it as such by clicking the Flag icon (underneath the "Question", or if it's in an Answer, to the right side of the box the Answer's in).

I don't know though, I haven't seen the Unicef questions you're talking about so I couldn't make a judgment call on it...

But if they're very similar (like, poorly written "questions", all appearing the same with just a few words changed), or if they try to promote donating money, then yeah, it's against the TOS. If the "questions" are genuine, "What is the purpose of Unicef, what do they do with the money you donate?" questions that one person is repeatedly asking, then it's probably not against the TOS... the asker is just annoying.

EDIT: I just saw the question, and it looks like a sponsored one between Yahoo! and its partners.

So, you're right, it is advertising, but Yahoo!'s sanctioning it.
