I feel tired these days with nausea and always sleep and sometimes stomach is moving more often. Is this stress? I really want to know if i should go to the doctors or no... I'm only twelve and I am really worried. My friend told me that this can be stress but i'm still not sure about this.

I checked some stress site and i do have a lot of symptoms there. I get stomach pains and sometimes headache and muscle pain. Etc. I do think I have stress. Only i don't think it's likely in 12?

My first instinct was that you are pregnant - but then you are only twelve. Are you sexually active - god I hope not at such a young age

I have a son, with similar symptoms. So, even though I figured depression, I took him to a doctor for an "official" diagnosis. Well, guess what, border line depression. However, during the same week, guess what. He noticed vision issues, blurry unless closer to book, etc. That can give the nausea and headaches. So, bottom line, stress can cause depression. Sounds like lots of stress and 12 has puberty going on too. But, check your eyes... just maybe a part of the problem. Hope that helps.

The nausea kind of throws it off a little, you may just be having allergies. Or it could be Epstein-Barr. You really need to talk to your doctor and bring up all of the possibilities.

feeling tired is usually due to not drinking enough water, you should try and drink at least 2 litres a day. Also you need to be eating a well balanced diet to ensure your body is getting enough vitamins and minerals. If you would like to find out more please email shellyporter@hotmail.co.uk
