I don't know where to begin as to how to change it... I feel like I am in a complete rut, and things just never go my way. I have no one to talk to about my problems and i feel so lost. I thought my life would be better in my twenties, than in my teenage years, but it is actually worst. How does one make the first step to changing things in their life, when they have so many things holding them down?

But when I do eat, its very little, like a yogurt or half a sandwich. I am not one to think I am over weight and I have lost several pants sizes in the last 4 months. I am scared of what this will do to my body and not to sure what to do, if I do try to eat I dont feel good at all. I usually need to lay down or something along those lines.. If there is someone that knows what for me to do please do tell.... thank you.. and please dont mock me it is not going to make it any easier...

My son takes Metadate medicine and has recently had a bald spot appear. Doing research, I've found that bald spots are a rare side affect to the medicine. How do I know this IS what's causing it and what do I say to the dr? Would you go ahead and continue the child on the meds until you are able to talk with the dr?! thanks!
